In my darkest moments, I felt His presence guiding me, and i was through that divine support that I ultimately overcame my battles.

          My name is Yvonne, and I want to express that every day feels like a battle in a boxing ring within my mind, whether it's due to stress, OCD, or the challenges of life. However, I discovered that there is strength in those boxing gloves, and knowing that God is the referee guiding me through the fight brings me comfort. While I may stumble in the first round, I am determined to emerge victorious by the twelfth, having conquered all eleven rounds along the way.

            My name is Ronald, and I am a survivor who can attest to the reality of miracles. As a child, I faced personal challenges that led me to question God's purpose for my life. Before I was fully prepared, l found myself as a single father raising two daughters on my own. Financial constraints and the complexities of parenting made life a constant struggle, and I felt overwhelmed by the need to ensure the safety and happiness of my family. Eventually, I reached a breaking point, prompting me to escape the pain of my past by moving to California, where everything began to change. It was here that I learned to trust both God and myself, embracing the belief that God was urging me to confront my battles, assuring me that He was fighting my war.

              Hi, you can call me Jr. I want to share a pivotal moment from my life. There was a time when I stood at a crossroads: one path led to becoming a law-abiding citizen, while the other was illuminated by the allure of a flashy lifestyle. At that moment, I wasn't prepared to embrace God; the temptations of strip clubs, luxury cars, easy money, and beautiful women captivated me. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong path, which ultimately cost me 25 years behind bars. It was during that time of confinement that I came to understand the true battle was within myself, and it was only through God's mercy that I found my way to freedom.

                My name is LaShay, and my unwavering faith in God has seen me through some of life's toughest challenges. At the age of 27, I faced the heartbreaking loss of my mother while six months pregnant with my second son. During this time, I also took on the responsibility of raising my 10-year- old sister, all while feeling the immense weight of the world on my shoulders. Yet, found strength in the words of 2 Corinthians 12:9, which remind us that grace is sufficient and that God's power is made perfect in our weakness. In moments of fear, He granted me courage, and today, I stand as a testament to the fact that even the darkest times can be overcome with faith. This is why Boxing for Jesus resonates so deeply with me.
